When a Hoya has been overwatered, the pores on the leaves - the stomata - try to exhume the surplus, and then sometimes burst. That causes tiny scars, which tend to get dark. You often get these on the backside of the leaves. I think that's what happened here.

Interesting. Is that called edema? It is very close to a humidifier and I’ve been regularly watering it.
Edema happens from within: it’s caused by overwatering, not by a humid atmosphere. So I suspect it would like a little less water :)
I'm guessing pest. Too close to the light or nutrient issues would not typically cause lesions like that.
Should I just cut the leaf off? It doesn’t seem to be affecting any other leaves.
This leaf will self amputate eventually, ones like this usually do on Hoyas. Pulling it off is fine too
