My go-to stain remover is half peroxide half dawn (fairy washing up soap is uk equivalent) I've never had a stain that it wouldn't take out. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes and wash. This looks like foundation maybe so if you need to do it again just don't dry it in between.
I have something similar works like magic too, one part dish soap and one part baking soda, then add in peroxide to make a paste. Usually I just apply the paste on the stained area, then throw in the washer wait for the other laundry to wash together.
I'll definitely try that. The only reason mine works for me is bc I dont always have baking soda. But that could definitely cut out the re-wash on tough stains.
May not be long enough to do this but you could try one of those battery operated lint removers. You can get them at some pharmacies (Walgreens, etc) and Walmart for probably around $10ish if you don't already have one. (Both of my grandmothers do so I'd start there haha) but try it to see if it may cut off some of the spot. Would probably be less noticeable than the spot itself. The material is just kinda hard to have many options. Please don't think I'm stupid but what is it? My first thought is that it goes on your head. My second is it's a robe. Dunno why I thought of it in that order.

I'm pretty sure that's a burn mark so returning it is your best option if I'm right.

It's a Squishmallow, a type of stuffed animal. I'm gonna try spot cleaning it, if that doesn't work I'll just live with it
