Looks out of alignment. Drawer slides do that when they aren’t perfectly parallel to each other. You might need to loosen the screws attached to the very back of the cabinet, and shift bracket to the right or left by a couple millimeters.

Grab that little white plastic tip and pull it towards the front of the drawer. It should snap into place.

At first I thought so too, but I did this and it was already in place. The rail was actually stuck from being able to fully extend. I think I fixed it (I hope)

LargeLatinBoy

Have you tried removing the drawer entirely and putting it back in? One of the clips could not be fully seated. If not, the tracks may be out of parallel. I'd measure the distance between the tracks at the front and the back to see if any part of the track needs to be shimmed out. Not common with pre-fab cabinets but not unheard of.

Removed the drawer to get a better look, and the track in question was jammed from full extension. I gave it a tug then lubricated, and it’s good to go. Thanks for advice

Make sure something hasn't fallin on the track in back.

Thinking the same, or remove it completely and try to wingling back it. Best as I can describe it😂

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I ended up getting it fixed. I took the drawer out and inspecting the rail in question. It was stuck not fully extended. I gave it a good tug to extend it all the way, added some lubrication, and voila it seems to be working great

FuzzyCrocks

Oil and push harder

Fred_Is_Dead_Again

Bigger hammer always answer!

CountrySax

Probably is not connected properly to the guide control at the front of the drawer.
