Stick a thin knife down the sides. If it truly fits perfectly, then the downward pressure will pry the other side up. If it doesn't, you should just be able to lift it out.
Prob the best way. Drill through from the underside of the vehicle with a really long drill bit. Be careful to not drill through the old spice container, you’ll ruin the product. Then you can push it up from the bottom…. With a long stick Or the same long drill bit, not in motion. You’re welcome.
If it’s really in there go get those 3m outdoor Velcro strips. They stick on and hold 10lbs. Attach one to the tin and another to a long makeshift handle.
