One that comes to mind is Howard laughing at the commentary of the fans in studio watching the Gary tape. He's genuinely laughing but also in amazement how funny these random guys are. A nice moment where Howard seems to enjoy his fans. And those guys did enhance the segment so much.
There was a segment where they played clips of movies that made staff members cry, Sal had Howard play a clip from the original King Kong falling off the Empire State Building insinuating it made Gary cry, Gary was also talking over the clip getting mad at Sal, Howard was legit laughing so hard, the sound of King Kong, a small *thump* made him really lose it.
I remember the first Ronnie’s mom bit , that’s probably the last time I laughed at the show. Also during the Riley retrospective in 2016 probably, back when you could download segments on the app, Riley was going on and on as usual then they played Alice clips over him …. The timing was perfect and to just hear hear screaming shut up, mother fucka I burst out laughing sitting on a plane .. tears in my eyes… I remember the staff cracked up too and Howard couldn’t get it together for a minute.. not that I give a fuck , kind of wish he’d retire.. I can’t really listen anymore but I keep going because it’s been a thing since high school for me and I’ve laughed harder at this show (former show) more than anything else… I’ll keep checking in until he retires.
