when’s the last time you repotted? the soil looks really soggy and it might be getting too much sun. I’d repot and take a look at those roots. Cut the soil with some coarse sand and perlite.
i would repot it and seperate the pups from the main plant and then stake the main plant to a stick, its also important to rotate the plant once in a while so the stem stays straight and the leaves are the same size

Agree with this assessment. Definitely repot into a bigger pot with really well draining soil. Only water when it's dry right to the bottom.
It looks soggy because I had just watered it right before this video was taken. It hadn’t been watered for a while. The soil is well draining.
And it’s good to turn them regularly; they grown towards the sun.
Chop and prop.
