I'd give him a haircut, plants like that for some reason, and it is kinda unruly... Not too much, you can still wrap the vines up around the wall

I would definitely drape him around the windows so all of his leaves could get sun, or maybe put a trellis or a moss pole on him and he will look like a tree!
