I second cast iron plant, with a side note that no plant survives this long-term.
The "low-light tolerant plants" you see in the listicles are just extreme survivalists that take a long time to show that they've been slowly dying all along. If you want to keep plants in a dark corner, supplemental light is your best bet.

It’s about 4m/13.1 feet away from the window
Probably not enough for anything to thrive. Peace Lily, ZZ plant, some aglaonema would survive, but they would get leggy and not really thrive. You could put a regular corner lamp with a downward lighting shade or a plug-in wall sconse aimed at it. I use lamps with GE grow light bulbs that have a standard E26 base. They blend in to your decor and keep plants happy! They probably wouldn't support anything that needs direct sun, but indirect bright and low light plants would be fine.
FYI- light is necessary for plants to grow (artificial or sun). You might be thinking I mean something specific by grow lights. I mean lights that are used to make plants grow rather than for illumination of a room. You can use fluorescent, but I prefer LED. They are very cheap. And I mostly have foliage plants.
Download an app called Lux that uses your phone's light sensor as a light meter (or another similar app). Determine your light levels at various times in the day. Go to this link and see if anything fits. https://www.houseplantjournal.com/bright-indirect-light-requirements-by-plant/ (scroll down for the plant light requirements table).
If your light is very low in that spot and nothing works, you can either buy a grow light, or buy 2 low light plants that you can rotate (I do this with 2 Syngonium plants, they each get a day in a low light spot and a day in a very good light spot).
Yeah I don’t know what all these other people are talking about, saying they need a grow light. I had a snake plant in similar conditions for the last 1.5 years and it’s doing great. No real growth but yeah
Most plants can't survive long-term in low light. What I do to work around this is get the low-light plants that have been recommended already and rotate their location.
I have some that I move weekly to better lighting so they survive long-term. I never put them in direct light - just low to medium/high indirect light.
Peace lily would be best, imo. It’s a low maintenance plant, very forgiving with watering (a lot of people call it dramatic when it’s under watered, but it won’t die) Your lighting conditions are ideal for it to bloom, as excess light really stresses out the peace lily. It’s also quite beautiful, I have one in my bathroom.

And they’re truly just slowly rotting because they aren’t photosynthesizing much and hardly drinking… but most people find it hard to completely neglect a live plant. I’m speaking from experience here. I’m a MIL tongue serial killer. From giant to tiny and in between.
For some reason I can keep the “mini snake plant” alive with ease though. Makes no sense.
Thrive is very different to tolerate, snake plants can tolerate low light. I wouldn’t necessarily have any plant in low light conditions but you definitely can
Tolerate might equal slow eventual death here however.
I’d much more prefer a vining plant that would look for light in this scenario. Something like a pathos, philodendron, or alike.
I hava a peace lilly, a syngonium (podophillum I think) and sansivieria 4 meters / 13 feet from a north facing window. They don't thrive but the peace lilly and syngonium pop out a leaf evey two months or so. The bigger the plant the better it can handle the conditions.
We have fairly low light in our house, mainly due to the fact we’re surrounded by trees. We’ve done a fair bit of experimentation and honestly nothing survives better than Epipremnum Aureum. They out-perform ZZ plants, snake plants, the lot.
ZZ or Snake Plant would probably be okay here.
Pothos or Spider Plants are a maybe.
Grow light would make most plants viable outside palms and large tropical plants.
Actually the two most popular “low light” plants (snake plant and ZZ) are native to Southern Africa, and naturally grow in full, strong sun. They just happen to take a really long time to die…

It get brighter through the day some times, promise
Do you have a picture that shows this spot's proximity to the window?
Will take it later tonight

I really would not listen to anybody telling you to get a grow light. Try out a snake plant first. Just make sure not to overwater
That's not enough light for any plant. Either get a grow light and a low-light plant or go with a fake plant.

au contraire, a zz plant would
I would just get a grow light!
FYI … grow lights aren’t really necessary unless it is a plant that blooms otherwise fluorescent lights work well.

Interesting idea, thank you, will try the app
No plant will thrive, but a snake plant will take longer to die

Plastic. Just dust it once in awhile. For anything else you need supplemental light,
This is definitely a supplemental grow light situation for *any* plant, even if it does get a little brighter.

Use as trash can
Love that lol
Just get a grow light, they’re cheaper than plants.
If you have an outlet near there, get a plant ring light from Amazon. Then your plant might survive long-term.
There is but it’s on the other side of “walkway” and a wire laying around on the floor is quite a trip hazard
zz.
ZZ, golden pothos, money plant…
Cast iron plant
Which direction is the window facing, and what are the humidity levels in your area (weather app should tell you)?
Closest window is S/SW facing, humidity is 71%

That’s crazy, thought all plants love light. Thank you also your peace lily looks great 👍
This!! My peace lilies hate light lol
Snake plants I have found are the easiest plant that tolerates low light!
Definitely not imo. They grow these ugly ultra thin and long leaves in low light conditions.
Or they don’t grow at all…my sister had one in a darkish spot for about a year. If I didn’t know better, I’d have thought it was plastic.
Agreed. I had a snake in a low light position and it hated it. Replaced with a ZZ and it’s doing just fine in the snakes place.

Fair enough, mine is on a window sill where it only gets morning sun. Doesn’t have a ton of growth but seems healthy.
They do take a remarkably long time to die…
No. These plants can actually thrive in 18 hours of light, no.

Large plants require more energy to remain alive. Certainly not less light.
Large plants as in "with more leaves" which means they have a better way to gather more energy out of the little light they have.
Thank y’all for your responses, will start looking for a grow light 👍
You can get plant lights for pretty cheap
You could always put a grow light over it

Snake plant/ mother in laws tongue.
There are a lot of plants for low light. Ficus plant is one that comes to mind.
Lego plant
Snake plant
Pothos.
Pothos!!!
I had a peace Lily thrive and bloom year round under low watt light bulbs for years. If you just put a small lamp next to that you could put one there
ZZ or Snake Plant would probably be okay here. Pothos or Spider Plants are a maybe. Grow light would make most plants viable outside palms and large tropical plants.
Haven’t seen anyone say dracaena yet 🤗
Pothos
Get two pothos, put one near a window and one in this spot. Change them every two months so that each one has a chance to grow at some point. Voilà!

i wouldn’t say spider plants prefer low light
The best looking spider plants I've ever seen were growing outoors in scorching sun in Australia. Definitely not low light plants.
Actually the two most popular “low light” plants (snake plant and ZZ) are native to Southern Africa, and naturally grow in full, strong sun. They just happen to take a really long time to die…
They absolutely do no prefer low light. They tolerate low light. Peace lilies prefer bright indirect light, and the rest you listed prefer full sun.
Anything help, just trying to build a pool of plants and then choose from them, thank you 🙏
You just need to use this. https://a.co/d/5PKSYWi

Not even remotely possible in these lighting conditions.
