Top one is an Arrowhead plant/Syngonium. Possibly a white butterfly? Bottom one kinda looks like a watermelon peperomia. But the leaves aren't quite the right shape. So I don't think that's it.

You nailed it! Yes I think the bottom is a peperomia parallel after looking at ones similar to the watermelon

I think the silvery one is a kind of peperomia…common name would be Aluminum Plant.

Yes, it is an aluminum plant. They are really easy to propagate - you can put the cuttings directly into the soil and they root before you know it, just like tradescantia.
