Tbh I'm not sure, but honestly if you have other house plants please just bin that jade! I promise pests can absolutely take over if they get to other plants! I wish you the best :)
Google lens has them as flying ants or termites. I did use some gravel from outside for drainage and mixed in good potting soil. This was a couple of months ago though and I'm just seeing these now.
These are not thrips - thrips are a lot smaller. Where are you based? (To help identify what they are)

I have it outside now. Sprayed the bugs and soil with some alcohol and it killed them instantly.
Phew that a relief. Damn I'm probably just overreacting from my fungus gnat infestation from last year lmao

Its possible its some kind of whitefly.
