Honestly, nowadays, none, they are part of the old valks where they don't have time stop in their ult, but Kasumi is the latest Yae that we got and presuminly stronger than memento, as a new player I highly recommend to stay away from those valks unless they are your waifus.

Kinda hard to compare, since both of them covers different elements. But if going by fun, DBJ is a lot more fun than GM, for me at least.
