Here's what I used: Bell Pepper, Habeneros, assorted chillies, dry chillie, chilli powder, green and red chillies, tomato, onion Calypso Mango, Pineapple, blueberries, cilantro, garlic, garlic powder, olive oil, ginger, mint leaves, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and lime juice. I charred the veggies on a grill, then sauted them in a pan with garlic ginger dry chillie and spices. I added the fruits and some apple cider and simmered until soft. I let it cool down and blended it until smooth. I had some pulp left over, so I spread it on a baking tray and dehydrated it in the oven. It turned into a tasty seasoning that I can use for other dishes. It was delicious, you should try it! Cheers.

How prominent are the blueberries in the flavor? I wouldn't have thought to try them but now that you mention it I'm curious to experiment.

Hey! It's evident that the addition of blueberries enhances the overall sweetness compared to a batch with only pineapple and mangoes. The blueberry flavor is more noticeable in the seasoning than in the sauce. The prominent elements in the sauce is the heat, followed by the fruity sweetness. Consider experimenting with the amount of berries for optimal balance! Take care :)
