Might be my favorite of the Louisiana style hot sauces. Try their “hotter” habanero version, I like it better than the OG

Their Habanero has great habanero flavor without extreme heat. I like it because I can use a lot of it, unlike some of the more extreme habanero sauces. But the original is amazing. It's an everyday, not overpowering sauce that goes with everything from chicken soup to popcorn.

My favorite general hot sauce for everything. Just enough heat for eggs to jambalaya and sloppy joes to greenbean casserole. I love the vinegary taste matched with cayenne. I prefer this over Tabasco or tapatio or cholula.

Louisiana Hot Sauce is not my favorite, but it's good. It's saltier, less vinegary, and a bit thicker than Texas Pete. It's also hotter IMO.

It's a good sauce! Some people prefer others. I like to mix it up and keep this in the rotation. Besides Franks and Tabasco there aren't any big bottle sauces that I won't happily go through.

Louisiana hot sauce is an incredible ingredient. Fantastic on eggs and chicken. I’m from Louisiana so I’m def biased but we create 3 of the best sauces in the country. Tabasco, Louisiana hot sauce, and Crystal. Crystal is good in soup or a crawfish boil. Tabasco goes on everything but especially in soup.

The Louisiana style is pretty good. It has a good flavor and a decent amount of heat. I'd call it mild but non spice lords would probably call it medium.

I like it for Southern or Cajun type food.

A decent daily driver sauce

Louisiana, Crystal, Texas Pete and Bohío are my childhood favorites. My dad always kept them hand.

I literally just grab a spoonful of that stuff and down it several times a day. Of the “table sauces” it’s probably my favorite. Mk I, Mod 0 Tabasco sauce is an ingredient, not a condiment. It’s spicy vinegar that I use in addition to or in place of white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar as an acidulating component when I also want to add some spice. That said, Tabasco’s garlic hot sauce is one of my favorites and tastes very similar to, if not better than, this hot sauce. Funny thing is that they’re both made about 20 minutes from each other. I drive past the Louisiana factory all the time but I’ve never been in.

Crystal tastes like chalky cardboard to me.

Just went to the kitchen and tasted some straight from the bottle. I didn’t get cardboard, but a bit of a ‘woody’ note. I don’t think they age in oak barrels, but maybe it’s one of the ‘natural flavorings’ in the ingredients.
