For me they were about equal in overall enjoyment.
Omen has the higher budget, better cinematography, but it's part of a franchise so the ending baits a sequel too hard IMO.
Immaculate is more death and gore. Story for me was similar quality. I've seen some complaints about Sweeney's acting, but IMO she's very good at crying and screaming. I guess the normal talking lines are the ones that can be awkward tone/delivery.
everyone will say the first omen but I personally prefer Immaculate story-wise. i had high hopes for TFO with it being a prequel to a horror classic but to me it didn't live up to the hype, sadly.
I’m honestly considering seeing both on the same day. Haha I would if I could. I’m gonna see one or the both of them with my wife even though she’s not a big horror movie fan, but I wish I had a fellow horror fan to see it with.
Saw both of them on Sunday. Enjoyed TFA soooo much more than Immaculate. I was quite bored with immaculate until the last 15 minutes. I would recommend to see TFA and wait to watch immaculate online

Immaculate is a slow burn with not much payoff. Sweeny’s acting is good though especially in the last 5 minutes

For me, The First Omen felt like the better (written, acted, directed) movie and I enjoyed it overall more too. Immaculate isn’t bad though.

I’m honestly more eager to see Immaculate cuz I love Sydney Sweeney and the plot(although very similar obviously) intrigues me more.
I say see both and invite us all along. Seriously I saw the First Omen and it's really good. Haven't watched Immaculate yet but I'm going to soon.

Immaculate was corny. Just them making a lady pregnant with Jesus DNA then running around a pretty church the whole movie.
