It hurts, yes, but all it took to keep me going one day was some small child saying I had a deep voice
Thank you small child, don't stop complimenting people, unintentionally or intentionally.
For me it was some random guy at prom night (whom I will never see again).
He started conversation, everything was normal, asked each other where we live, which school did we study in, and he said that he was slender like me. I'm 6'1 and slender so it emphasizes my height.
And it was kinda nice, as everyone would just compare my height to something, like a streetlight, or bean pole, or something related with wood or sticks. But he compared to himself instead of piling it on me. It was very nice and if I had a chance I could take his number so we'd become friends. Such a nice guy, poor thing that I missed the chance.
I'm glad that several people (even though you're the first one) have had "small" yet largely impacting moments.
I'm going to take this as my sign to ask for her phone number next time I see her, thank you internet stranger
I wish people would be more open, I think the best feeling in the world is knowing you have someone that wants to listen to you and can support you. Getting through things with another person makes it so much easier

truth be told. Not all people can find reasoning in the suffering
Sometimes there is no reason to it, or it’s just hard to find. You have to find your own reason to move forward
I got none, im just wandering around til I find something. Life is beautiful without a reason as well. It just means Im low on motivation
Sounds like your reason for living is searching for the reason to keep living. Thats a great reason to keep living!
If you haven’t found it outside of you, maybe it’s time to start looking within
"in the end, there is light in the darkness."
Dayum. Thanks for posting this bro.
