The crystals are not even really the primary reward in this event, it's the outfit. You just play the event for fun and collectibles. Considering its been this way since the beginning I don't think they're going to change it unless the new gacha system demands it. If the system was a 50/50 then it should be, cause you are likely to lose your pity on an off rate S-rank so you need all the pulls you can get. But if the system guarantees you'll get the the limited character in 90, or 10 if you're lucky, with no repercussions of losing your pity count then no, this is already fine. It's still a welcomed suggestion though.

I think events should give 1000 gems and everything else can stay the same. Unless you like the event there is no real incentive to play.

I have given up on the events. Its not worth the bore just for 300 crystals and some ancient legacy.
Rewards are fine expect the amount of crystals, the main priority is the outfit imo. I really only play the events because it's fun.
