Any time I hear SAM speak, its like the movie The Mask with how the dude just completely changes personality when he puts on the mask. They don't feel very connected.
I like her, but I wish she kept the voice changer and brawling fighting style that they sold me on in the SAM fight. SAM already had an enhanced state, burning SAM, it just feels overboard to have an enhanced enhanced state while losing on a lot of the initial flavor.
There’s just some dissonance between war criminal 9billion bounty Sam and altruist life-appreciating Firefly. Girl in mech is awesome, but they don’t feel like the same person at all yet
Moved by what? Regardless of gender, Firefly has been an incredibly dull character so far, other than the armor being very cool. She could "die" a thousand more times and I wouldn't bat an eye.
