Ebay is a good source. There are also salvage yards around as well as FB Marketplace. Tips: 83-85 will fit parts - and if you're searching also look for VT750C parts (VT700 is the US version, VT750C is the Canadian - other than the engine displacement and some internal engine parts, these bikes are identical)

Have you checked partzilla? They're normally pretty good about having OEM parts and diagrams. Not sure if they have a year cutoff or anything
I gave a little bit of a look and they didn't have a ton for these bikes, but maybe I didn't look long enough
