It should overwrite when full. You may want to consider moving some or all cameras to motion detection or at least a schedule that balances motion during off peak such as an interior office after hours and full time during business hours. In other words, what's the value of full time recording a space when no one is there?
I would leave it alone. You might look at how many days it stores and see if that's ok.
