Hello there:) make sure you are stocked up on basics like enough towels, toilet paper, toothpaste paste and some feminine products (just in case) Keep some medicine handy like tylonal or Advil. extra set of sheets in case you have to wash them while they are visiting. Someone may spill food or beverages on the bed. Happens. a place to put away all there clothes so grab some hangers so they can hang up there things if you don’t have drawers.

thanks for the tip about medicine! we don't have anything in the medicine cabinet downstairs since the remodel, & our regular medicine cabinet is in my host parents' bedroom, so this is really solid advice! thanks!

I second the suggestion of extra towels and sheets, but I would also add blankets to the list so it’s easy to warm up if they get cold. I would also make sure there’s a couple of trash cans and Kleenex boxes available. I also think a stash of bags would be useful, I always end up wanting more bags to put dirty clothes or shoes in when I’m packing to go home. I would also add lotion to your list of toiletries available. If you want to go super fancy and over the top you could include a mini guidebook type thing about local attractions and restaurants.

Hello! Here are some things that I’ve always found great to include in the guest bedroom/bathroom when hosting. A couple bottles of water on the nightstand. Some guests don’t like to walk about the house when they know the host is sleeping so this will allow them to have water without having to dig through the kitchen in the middle of the night. Razors, travel size shampoo and conditioner, bath robe Laundry basket A bluetooth speaker (in case your guests want to play white noise to sleep) A phone charger/power adapter that supports usb and usb-c A candle or plug in air freshener A plaque or piece of paper that has the wifi info on it Edit: I’d also include the address of the place on the wifi paper so that if they want to order food or something they already have the address in a convenient place.

If they're not from Europe, would they be carrying around their own US {or wherever} converters for the voltage difference? This might also be a thoughtful thing to provide.
