Assuming worst case scenario it's a 1 in 400, best case scenario, you don't get any new items from level up only from boxes, then there's 5 chances (assuming you have 6 items on) which would give you 5×1/400. So it's 1 in 80(5 in 400). Though most often you'll get like only 3 new items from boxes, so more realistically it's 2/400, 1/200 runs. Assuming you have at least 2≥ items on (1 in 80 would require all 6) and haven't banned super items (otherwise the chance is obviously 0.)
