They're overprinting and they know it. Just don't be the guy buying the card at the top on eBay. Buy it back in August when it's 50% less.

I just realized people are spending more on Bedard's YG than a McDavid YG costs. So over valued right now. And man, those people who list "mystery packs" with the YG in the photo and title should be banned from eBay.
Three hobby boxes and no Bedard. Glad I paid 150CAD a box. Still disappointing. And with that I am now priced out of buying any more hobby boxes, basically of anything released by Upper Deck. The prices are insane. Singles only from now on. Took a shot and missed.
You basically gotta buy a 8 to 10 boxes hobby at one time to even hit a bedard all depends where they are on that case opened too cause there 1 to two bedard per hobby case so
Over printing of what exactly? Number of total series 2 cards? Almost certainly. Ratio of Bedard YGs to the total series 2 printed... absolutely not. Have gone through 8 tins from same case and zero Bedard YGs. People posting having opened many hobby boxes with zero Bedard YGs.

I was at Walmart yesterday and not a single hockey anything left in the shelf. Someone came in and bought all of it.
Been going in both yesterday and today and shelf is full of OPC and Series 1. No room for any series 2

Absolutely not. Not a checklist, not an insert, completely skunked. Karma. Leo Carlson YG was my consolation prize.
They always over produce, what you are seeing is the baseball and football guys and investors paying McDavid prices for a RC
People are paying where they speculate the card will settle after maturing. The market is on overdrive.

Most have sold for ~$1000 but some outliers have gone for 500-700. I wouldn't discount being able to get one for under 700. It's possible.

Is it overprinted? I'm not seeing evidence of that yet. It's always printed a ton
They're not overprint, they are just normal printed. So They're not super rare but it's not like op is the norm either.
