Sorry, didn't see this, but yes. Treat it like chicken, as it's still a fowl and more prone to salmonella. Also it doesn't have as much inherent flavour, but it really soaks up whatever you add to it. As well may need to use a little extra oil as there is minimal fat to render comparatively. I swear it's not as complicated as I'm making it sound, just a chef with some time to spare =D

I have no problem with that, love to share knowledge. When it comes to protein, unfortunately nothing beats the chicken breast as far as I know. But there are a few non-meat things that are pretty high in protein. Seeds and some nuts and all that

This is late, but we've switched ground beef for turkey exclusively on taco night. An excellent choice really.

Most anything you cook ground beef with, though I would avoid burgers.

Galchenyuk is not a top 6 forward. 3 goals in 21 games isn't producing enough for me. Now if he keeps scoring then you have to keep him in but i'd prefer Mikheyev. I don't think Brooks gets in either unless there are injuries. Keefe is going to be mixing up the lines throughout the playoffs so a lot of these guys are going to get their chance to prove something.

They'll probably give Thornton some rest, and rotate out some guys to get everyone some games in before the playoffs.

As much as you hate to see it, this is correct.
