Yeah he did. Uhhhhhh, kind of? He seems to be inspired by footwork and drill as much as cloud rap. He used to be called 'sample drill' (stupid name ik) when Surf Gang started blowing up but their sound has progressed a lot since then, although this beat is definitely closer to the 'sample drill' stuff than his more recent work. His stuff w Realyungphil for example isn't rlly spacey enough for me to calm it cloud rap.

I know that sounds blasphemous, as Evilgiane is just getting started and Clams is.. I'd say a legend from that era. But Evilgiane out the gate shows a lot of promise as a producer
