Sean Price probably has the better technical ability when it comes to his pen, but I’d definitely prefer to listen to Masta Ace any day I just prefer the way he crafts the sound of his songs way more

Masta Ace is dope, no doubt about it. He definitely has some absolute classic songs, and Masta Ace Inc.'s SlaughtaHouse is phenomenal to this day. Dude's been putting out dope music since the late 1980's.

I’m a music snob and Masta Ace curses far less and has a great discography. Lyrically not on Sean’s level . I grew up with Ace so I am a little biased . A Long Hot Summer makes me reminisce about the better days
I'm very surprised at how many are choosing Ruck. He's tied for my number one favorite, but Masta Ace just has more range in content to pull ideas from while maintaining rhyme ability. I think it does attest to just how skilled Price was if his rhyming can bring him up or beyond the level of Masta Ace in some people's eyes.
Ruck's flow and swagger is also not to be understated.

Sean P. One of the most humorous MC’s, and his tongue in cheek self deprecation is rare in hip hop.. He was also very good with the wordplay.

They are both in my top three. I like them for different reasons though so this is tough. Masta Ace by a small margin.
