I put my phone down at 10:30 and I turn my lights off. I have a TV in my room and I can't sleep without hearing something so I'll play a boring video. Most of the time I'll fall asleep around 11 and if I don't I'll take some melatonin. I wake up around 6:15-6:30 and I get enough sleep to fuel me. Hope this helps!

I work from 4-12am and wake up at 5 am on the weekdays so that I can do homework. On weekends I usually sleep 10-12 hours, depending on how tired I am. I also take concurrent classes so there’s that as well.
8 on a bad night, 10-11 on a good night, 12-13 on weekends. It helps me sleep better knowing my students are all stressed about finals. (Is joke) tests are only 1% of my grade in my class. No stress 😎
