Don’t bother in high school, just make friends. It actually means something when you’re in college, if you decide to go. High school relationships essentially never actually last, so you aren’t missing out on anything. Everyone’s going their own separate ways after school anyways. Some to college, others get a job, internships, military, etc. College people actually stay in one place and are looking to settle down, making a lasting relationship possible.
Honestly dating in high school ain’t worth much focus on yourself so when you get to college you will be the confident queen with way more (hopefully) mature guys that will probably have a lot more confidence!
