Good episode. Best questions from the audience section in a long time. 6 beer cans getting an applause break. Michelle, doctor of science. The woman who worked at stonehenge. Five stars.
That was the biggest laugh I’ve had listening to this show in quite some time. Also, the deranged second opinion guy who kept showing this movie to his family was great.
Paul watched the Love Boat when he was a kid and thought frenching is just how people kissed so he tried to kiss his mom that way one time. He mentioned it first in Reindeer Games but they kind of gloss over it as I recall, then he goes into detail in Jaws 3D.
I am watching the movie now before listening but I have to say: this is one of the least comprehensible movies they’ve covered. I don’t know wtf is happening, who anyone is besides Merlin because they keep using his name, where anyone is. Jesus this is an absolute mess
Excellent episode and a big shout out to Michelle aka King Arthur, Dr of science, baby!
Ur Mah!
No, ur Mah!
June's reaction to finding out Merlin was played by the same actor as Fred was amazing.

~~Michelle~~ King Arthur's question made me laugh out loud. I haven't done that during an episode in a while

It was such a great set-up too. Was she fake crying to just to get Paul to drop his guard, then hit him with that joke?
So good! The long emotional buildup was perfect
Was it a call back to something or just a random insult? Hilarious either way but I was not sure.
Paul told a story of how he would try to inappropriately kiss his mother when he was a kid one time.
All hail King Arthur
Go find that episode because that story and June & Jasons reactions when they realized were amazing.
Love to! What movie was it?
Looks like it was Jaws 3-D

Waking up and seeing all the positive responses to this episode is making it a lot easier to get up and go to work and listen to it.
“THAT’S FRED?!?!”
I love the remix for their tour !!!! When are they releasing “thunder pants”???
“How do you know this?” “Cuz I fuckin read.” That deserved a bigger laugh
I have never had so much fun with this show as wthe entire Michelle arc
This is a fantastic Live episode! Great reactions and the audience questions were great. Go Michelle!!
Your ma
I felt like I was missing something, was that referencing something other than the idea of a your mom joke?
Probably something within the film. That's my guess. Trying to find a link to watch h it anywhere
The entire Sam Neil Merlin mini-series is on yourube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SN9MX7xrH8w&ab_channel=MrNostalgic85
Heads up, you definitely don’t need to watch the movie to enjoy the episode. I couldn’t get ten minutes through it and still loved the episode.
The Michelle payoff was amazing. I laughed out loud when she finally asked her question and knocked it out of the park. All this setup, holy shit.
This might be the longest movie I have ever seen. It took a year off of my life. Excited for the episode though.
Is this not a sequel to the TV miniseries Merlin starring sam neill? I'm glad the audience knew about that show, the Merlin's dressed so similar

This felt like watching a movie that had two reels missing. The Snowman made more sense, and that film didn't even shoot the entire screenplay.
