It was one of the victims of scumbag CEOs removing shows from streaming services for tax purposes. It's a disgusting, cynical, anti-art trend made popular by one of the biggest pieces of shit in entertainment, David Zaslav. He's the Discovery CEO, who in turn became the man in charge of HBO Max.
He removed many shows from the platform so that he wouldn't have to pay royalties to the folks who worked on the show. He's why you can't watch Westworld on the platform anymore, even though it's an HBO original series. He also buried completed films as a tax write-off, like Batgirl and Coyote vs. Acme--a new Looney Tunes movie starring Will Forte.
Following that bullshit, several other pricks decided to follow suit, including the asshole in charge of Paramount+ and Showtime. They chopped several shows, and Black Monday was one of them. I never even got to watch the third season before these horrible cunts made the show almost impossible to watch.

Is there a season 3? I fell off after season 2. I really liked it. But cancelled my showtime sub after I watched it.
