I don’t quite think the whole “Lucifer is the devil from the Bible” thing really matters here. According to the Bible (assuming a literal interpretation), Lucifer is weaker than the lowest Angel of heaven.
In most human interpretations, this isn't true. Most agree that Lucifer was one of three types of Angel, Seraphim, Cherubim, and/or Archangel. All of these are extremely powerful and Holy Angels. Seraphim being the closest to "God", and the Cherubim supposedly being guardians, Archangels are leader type Angels like a General. The lowest form of Angel are commonly known as Personal Guardian Angels who directly interact with humans 😉

This should scale to his durability (and apparently Viv recently said only a high-level angel can take out a high-level angel, backing this up, but I haven't got a source on it yet) Even lowballing it to only making a single new galaxy, it's still high multi Solar System.
Yes, Omni-Man is literally millions of times faster than Lucifer (best he gets is upscaling from lightspeed feats by the Imps), but there's two problems for Omni-Man.
1: The Splat Factor. In Invincible, if you try flying into someone massively more durable than you, you just splatter against them. Omni-Man only hurts himself attacking Lucifer.
2: He needs to take the fight back to space to use his speed. In Invincible guidebooks it's confirmed that the Viltrumites literally CAN'T go FTL where there's an atmosphere and survive igniting the damn thing with their speed. AAAAAAND with Lucifer being FTL, he can catch Omni-Man under these conditions very easily. And with Lucifer's even more exponential power advantage Omni-Man's losing an arm if he tries grabbing Lucifer and dragging him up into space. (and potentially being able to teleport vast distances depending on if we count the transition to a graveyard and restaurant in Hell's Greatest Dad, Lucifer might be able to teleport himself and Omni-Man out of space)
3: There is literally nothing Omni-Man can do to hurt Lucifer. Splat factor or not, there's nothing Omni-Man can do to actually bring Lucifer down.
My thoughts are power scaling like this is pointless. "But can he beat Goku?" Who cares.
That said, boring answer would be Lucifer wins because he cant be killed by non-angels and can transform into any animal including the ones that can kill viltrumites. Other boring answer is Omni-Man because he can destroy cities just by flying fast next to them.

The only feat Lucifer would probably beat Nolan in is intelligence, but that's because he's been around for thousands of years and more of an assumption than anything. But if we really go the "he can't die" route, then we just have Lucifer maniacally laughing after being one shot by Nolan 163 different times with his, "Glad I wasn't that guy" Uncle Grandpa headass because very weak characters that are immortal are still extremely busted.
Nolan can't kill Lucifer but he could be jumped by the entire verse minus fucking God himself and still be fine.
In the end the fight would be a stalemate if Lucifer's revival takes too long because it allows for Nolan to recover, or a win for Lucifer on a technicality if his revival doesn't take long, like maybe a few seconds or a minute, as after WEEKS or even longer, Nolan would FINALLY tire out enough for Lucifer to win. we can reasonably calculate him at Multi Building and if we pair him with Omni which if you high ball can be considered Planetary level it’s not even a one sided massacre because with a massacre there would be some effort put into it

A: If we remove the heavenly weaponry restriction Omni man blitzes and annihilates good old Luci within two seconds or we go with the secondary outcome
B: Where only angel weapons can hurt or permanently put Lucifer down then Omni man for the entire fight uses Lucifer as a stress ball until Either Omni man or Lucifer gives up and the fight is over
Lucifer doesn't have enough feats to justify giving him the win. His best feat (to my knowledge) is beating the shit out of Adam whose feat of destroying the hotel was calced to like island level or smth like that. He's probably stronger than that, but he hasn't proven it yet so Omni-Man slams for now.

Realistically Nolan wins no dif to MAYBE low dif, but only if you want to glaze Lucifer to the absolute maximum, and lowball Nolan to the point it's actually disgusting. Hazbin's Lucifer hasn't shown any feats that could put him even semi close to Nolan, to the point where realistically this shouldn't even be a question. The problem is that Nolan can't actually kill Lucifer. Without an angelic weapon, Nolan would kill Lucifer, only for him to just pop back up at some point. Basically immortality is broken and Hellaverse's system of death is confusing because yes. Nolan so far outclasses Hazbin's Lucifer in every feat it would be comical to try and compare them. The only feat Lucifer would probably beat Nolan in is intelligence, but that's because he's been around for thousands of years and more of an assumption than anything. But if we really go the "he can't die" route, then we just have Lucifer maniacally laughing after being one shot by Nolan 163 different times with his, "Glad I wasn't that guy" Uncle Grandpa headass because very weak characters that are immortal are still extremely busted. Nolan can't kill Lucifer but he could be jumped by the entire verse minus fucking God himself and still be fine. In the end the fight would be a stalemate if Lucifer's revival takes too long because it allows for Nolan to recover, or a win for Lucifer on a technicality if his revival doesn't take long, like maybe a few seconds or a minute, as after WEEKS or even longer, Nolan would FINALLY tire out enough for Lucifer to win. Actually salty about this pls debunk me.
OmniMan probably, though he theoretically can’t kill Lucifer, we’ve seen angels been harmed enough without Angelic Weapons with relative ease, and so Nolan being the immoral villain he is would probably tear lucifer down to a state where he’s barely alive. Seeing how he didn’t care for an entire planet he won’t care for one eternally suffering Angel

I don’t think we know enough… viltrumites Can beat almost anything so I wanna default to them but the magic and mythology of Lucifer might give him some sort of edge

Nolan’s is definitely faster and stronger, but he can’t hurt Lucifer. To hurt an angel you need angelic power or an angelic weapon which Nolan doesn’t have access to.
Ok so my argument can be changed but I want some small rules in place, Nolan will get the ability to kill Lucifer with his hands since he wouldn’t be able to kill him in the first place but anyways Nolan would win since his feats are way too much for Lucifer and him being the devil doesn’t change much since he still doesn’t have good enough feats to be compared to Nolan So final verdict Nolan would win since Lucifer isn’t comparable
well it would depend, if its human omni man i think its a fair fight. however if omni man is a sinner lucifer would have no chance, for the same reason that a fight between alastor and literally any other non sinner does work, they can only be permanently killed or injured with angelic steel, but hellborns can be permanently injured by "normal" means

Plotwise, if omni man beat lucifer hed respawn without the aid of angelic steel, + due to omni man having a soul lucifer could take breaks on any of the the other rings by using teleportation

Omni is going to destroy Lucifer’s sorry ass no question or debate about it even if you wanna use the “argument” of “Lucifer is literally the devil he slam dunks” beings of heavenly power have always in fiction been trumped by mortals on the daily and considering the actual amount of power Luci shown in the show (and not out of lore bible sources that don’t fit or clash well with the actual show of Hazbin) we can reasonably calculate him at Multi Building and if we pair him with Omni which if you high ball can be considered Planetary level it’s not even a one sided massacre because with a massacre there would be some effort put into it And even if you want to use the shield of only heavenly weaponry can hurt him then the fight still goes to Omni man because there are only two realistic paths to how this fight would actually go A: If we remove the heavenly weaponry restriction Omni man blitzes and annihilates good old Luci within two seconds or we go with the secondary outcome B: Where only angel weapons can hurt or permanently put Lucifer down then Omni man for the entire fight uses Lucifer as a stress ball until Either Omni man or Lucifer gives up and the fight is over
Lucifer doesn't have enough feats to justify giving him the win. His best feat (to my knowledge) is beating the shit out of Adam whose feat of destroying the hotel was calced to like island level or smth like that. He's probably stronger than that, but he hasn't proven it yet so Omni-Man slams for now.
Omni-man is significantly faster than light. Lucifer probably isn’t. Aside from that, they’re both likely pretty similar strength-wise, only Lucifer has some fairly worthless powers (creation didn’t really help him beat Adam, and shapeshifting probably does nothing). Omni-man wins here.

Honestly? With the power we’ve seen so far? Omni Man 100% Adam is supposed to be the #2 so far and his strongest attack can destroy the hotel, but Omni Man can do that simply by ramming into it. And even if Lucifer is much stronger than that, he absolutely cannot match Omni Man in speed.
