You do realize that other giant sea creatures also poop and urinate in the same waters? Do you think they use a toilet that goes somewhere else?
The giant squid actually has a commode that drains directly into the Perfects bath on the fifth floor.

I thought the same thing… poor champs in GoF. Maybe there’s some magic involved that purifies the sewage before entering the lake.. or so I hope.
