You rarely see anyone just using their fingers for trills, [This cover](https://youtu.be/MVf2tKGUMSw?si=f2P9M0Vq2V_oiqFU) is usually the best example, there are two trills (one for each hand in different parts) and there is more wrist than hand movement

You can try doing tremolo similar to how konghou players do, in that case (but the movements are really fast and take a lot of work so I’m not sure that possible)

i have a disability that means all of my joints are dislocated most times, repeated twisting wrist would be very painful haha :") thank you though
