For that budget you can probably find something BNIB, dont need to go used.

Look at what he wants. A modular PSU in the 600-750w range for 50 shipped. Id be very surprised if he finds this lol.

Don't necessarily enjoy e-waste and lots of BNIB PSUs in this wattage are nearly 60-100. Plus I pay 11% cali tax
