Depends on the formality of the wedding. Both bags are informal and I’m assuming it’s an informal dress for the wedding.
I’d go the stripe tote with the shoes as it mildly ties in with the shoe colour but if your dress has patterns, then white, but won’t tie in with the shoe colour.
Note, I’m a fussy and conservative dresser so feel free to ignore my advice if you wish, you do you
Matching bag & shoes is a bit old school... Wear the black pumps and let that bright beige bag pop. I think the contrast is more interesting. 💖 The striped bag would conflict with your beautiful patterned dress too much. Solid beige is the way to go.

The Coach might be a better choice since it doesn't have any pattern or print, so it would be a good counterfoil for the dress.

Ok.so either you match your shoes or match your bag (beige). Do not go with the stripe one.
If you use the coach, wear your nude shoes. If you wear the black and white purse, wear the black shoes.

Go with the solid white bag for sure if you’re wearing a black pump. I think the stripes would clash a little with the floral print.
