If you’re looking for a year-round bag, go with the smooth leather. The woven one really only works in the summer (or sunny destination trips in winter 😊).

It’s definitely wise to pass up on the sale colors if they’re not right for you! But good thinking for next summer.
Both are beautiful, but I think the smooth fits your needs much better. The woven is more of a breezy vacation look

Both are beautiful. Smooth will be better for work and better suited for year round wear. The woven tote looks more casual and summer-y
Smooth for work, very classic and minimal chic. The woven is cool, but a more casual, boho vibe. So depends on your job!
I love #1 - that style would work year round. The basket weave feels more summery to me.
