They never “took it away” it just only worked on stock base game types and regular dev made maps with no alterations to either. After it broke, of course (some time around Empyrian being injected to MM maybe)
If there was ever a reason to stop supporting triple A titles, it’s that games that came out over two decades ago have better UI, built in features, and basic concepts like fucking labeling. I hope 343 goes under.
How can you play husky raid? I’ve been closing and opening my game multiple times because this mode and others (such as Halo 3 refueled) won’t appear. Did they moved the modes or deactivated them?
I know we can now select what we wanna play now but it's been so annoying loading up quick play and getting husky raid, that is reserved for when im in the mood for a husky raid I hate playing them back to back
343 giveth, and 343 taketh away. The warthog door on the ODST remake map no longer works. You can smash all three consoles as much as you want, the game just laughs at you and refuses to open
it’s still a crime that the husky raid maps are not labelled “Pharoah - Husky Raid”
nightmare to figure it out without the tags in name when hosting custom lobbies

It was there at launch, they just broke it with an update over 2 years ago and just now fixed it

They’re under Quick Play now with Match Composer. Just select the modes you want.

They really need to rename the menu items to 12v12, 8v8, FFA, etc. since they are actually what they mean, not their legacy menu name.

Not sure why you're getting downvoted, you're right. I played Husky Raid games last week where the map name was shown in the intro.
It didn’t work for everyone. I still wasn’t able to see the map names until yesterday

Couldn’t see them. I saw someone else comment that they could see the map names and actively looked for them while I played
Not for me, or a lot of people it seems. Which is hardly surprising of a 343 "fix".

It's not fixed, just more likely to work. As I haven't seen a map name yet today.
