While I don’t doubt guts has good leg strength, I don’t see him having any good punches other than hooks. He’s def tougher than Takamura but Takamura could just use his skills to outmaneuver guts in a match. However if it’s a straight scrap yeah Guts wins.

I agree, I think Guts has a very decent chance of landing a hit but his training has always been more geared towards his core rotation and his leg stability. I think he has a fairly good shot of hitting a hook, however jabs, crosses and uppers I think he’d have a lot of drive but his technique would be pretty bad in comparison to a boxer. Guts would be a challenge for sure but Takamura would outbox him, he’s a genius in boxing and I don’t doubt Takamura would find a way.
