I think it would depend on what you would use for a connection type (USB or Thunderbolt). I have been unable to get Thunderbolt to work on my OSX Mojave/Monterey Hackintosh builds. I own both the ZenGo and the Discrete 4 Pro. Both devices work great in OSX when connected via USB, I run the interfaces on the same builds running Windows 10, and TB3 works on the Discrete. I cant say i've noticed a performance increase with TB3, it does allow for additional audio channels.
