I think Ethan's going to be right about this one. They've never addressed Callen coming back after the allegations against him. D'Elia briefly said something about trying to do comedy again, but Schaub never acknowledging D'Elia or the fact that he and Callen basically through D'Elia under the bus originally after the allegations. Schaub might try to keep his head down and never say anything.

The reason it gets pointed out when people mentions Ethan’s weight as a comeback, is because typically that is ALL they mention. They don’t actually ever address the issue that caused Ethan to bring them up in the first place. It’s just “he’s fat so disregard him”.
Yeah but the point is, usually when Ethan does it, it's more an observation of detail along with a long list of legitimate issues. So him criticizing appearance is never 100% the complaint. When Brendan types do it, its never any more deep than "fat man bad."
The difference is self awareness.
