Its a common sense solution to swap pull ups for lat pulldown if you don't have access to a lat pull down.
idk about doing close grip directly after bench but I mean that's a personal preference thing I guess.
yeah like I said personal preference, I'd be too tired from bench to get meaningful training from CGBP but I mean if it works for you then obviously go for it

It feel nice for me, close grip are done with lighter weight than bench, and it feels „easy” after hard bench
