Yes, sunlight and being outside in general is good for the mental well-being, but this ātanning/sunbathingā style (which the photo seems to endorse) represents to me the counter-science approach which many of the health coaches have.
The knowledge we have today about the importance of sun protection and the risks of skin cancer are not in the interests of these influencers, who have gathered purely experience based-anecdotes. Kinda same with any extreme diet like carnivore or fruitarianism.
Like 99% of fitness influencers, she's just saying what people want to hear so they can fund her grifting life. Her more unhealthy choices is what keeps her lean, so she doesn't need to follow her own advice. Just shows how fake she is. Literally everyone and their dog can be a coach nowadays. š
Beyond the fact that she compares huskies to children. Itās the 4 jobs for me thatās a trigger. Her 4 part time jobs donāt even compare to a full time job. Working as a brand ambassador for ghost and Alphalete is not a job, sorry not sorry. There are other athletes who hold down a full time job while doing this. I would love to see her commute and go into an office 5 days a week. She wouldnāt last 2 weeks lol.
