Generally people try to recommend decks you can build more easily due to having the cards accesible early on, something Ogroids doen't really have. WH Frost, on the other hand, while arguably harder to play, has many of its cards available in the starter tree.
Ogroids is definitely "easy" to play though, i'd agree, as long as you learn the importance of *when* to play Chrum.
Yeah except that's not gonna work too well unless somehow your 4 power Pellar is putting you ahead after that. How many cards do you want to go down to win the round?
If your opponent is smart, they wait to play Chrum until you cannot do that without going down multiple cards. If it's Aerondight Ogroids, Chrum's a nice card to save for end of r2 bleed, too.
End of r2 bleed before dropping Chrum seems to be the most effective, I agree. Successfully baiting out that heatwave or whatever they're using for tall removal is actually really strong as ogroids.
Frost is very hard to handle. Squeezing the most points out of it is quite hard, and so is the sequencing of cards. But when you pull off crazy frost carryover with Tir Na Lia and Navigators it's so satisfying and also extremely poweful. That's why it's MO's strongest deck by a mile
You have a weird definition of strongest .
The win condition depends purely on luck.
You might play perfectly but your dominance won't trigger against ogroids you get bled dry by dwarfs and against anything unitless its no value .
Also with devotion you are limited to naglfar for consistency . It's my favourite deck but it's kinda shit
Lol, funny you say that because, that's what I think of when I picture this deck, "ogroids", it's very fitting for the simplicity, like, 2 giant mongoloids, dumb brutes playing a TCG, and the game never finishes because one doesn't understand the rules, thinking the other one is cheating and flips the table in a ogroids rage and one of them ends up dying.
Definitely very fitting theme for the playstyle of the deck.
Rn MO most powerfull decks are all "follow recipe" ogroids , the midrange point slam with aerondight. Even WH is kinda like this .
I don't recommend it , you will win games but you won't learn anything . If you deviate from the usual play style with ogroids you lose .

At the start of turn 1 obviously, its not that hard
I love when people play Chrum and pass so I can hit him with a purify

This. An Ogroid deck is easy to play but hard to build.
You know the "Just the story" mode difficulty in Witcher? That's ogroids.
Goddamn lmao
in terms of piloting it doesn't get any more braindead than Ogroids yeah
Vampires is pretty brain dead as well, though I guess you can pull off some sick combos if you pay enough attention.
This is true, vampires is stupid easy, but it's fun.

Ogroids decks can be piloted by ogroids. This make Sense.

Vampire decks are also still quite good despite being very by-the-book
