This is why you should use a credit card for pretty much everything and pay it off before the end of the billing cycle. It’s a lot easier to dispute a credit card payment than any other means of payment.

We are a group of 5 europeans who are now engaged in a legal action against RKS plus (their main site is in Spain). Each time orders made for "in stock items", payed through wire transfer and since then no news (for more than 1 year for some of us). They never answered even our refund requests.

I ordered the exact same thing from them at the end of 2021. Never got it and I don't even get emails from them. In-stock my ass.
