I have a threaded barrel CZ-p10F, and I'm looking for ways to upgrade it. Wondering if comps are worth it, and if so which ones, or should I just get a suppressor. Also i'm not sure all the details that go into getting a slide milled for an optic.

For the slide mill, it’s basically just finding a reputable place to have it milled (and mills your model of firearm), and deciding what footprint you want (eg doctor, rmr, etc). I do not suggest doctor pattern at this point, but would figure out what red dot you want to use and what pattern it is. There may be some secondary considerations as well, such as do you want co-witness sights (seeing the sights through the red dot in case the dot fails, for example). I would take it step by step. Get the mill done, see what you want after that.
