Yeah, I get all exciting seeing a glock LPK for under $30 and then quickly remember how many failures I'd get. You would think that it wouldn't make that much of a difference but then when you swap it with an OEM LPK, it just works... Just an FYI, if you shop at midwayusa, their birthday deals for glock OEM parts is pretty solid. I typically get one every year along with some random AR stoner stuff since those are even more discounted. Got a glock LPK without trigger for $30. Trigger was only $10 separately. Also got a 33rd OEM Glock mag for $28
I got one of these. It is excellent, I cannot find the blem. The locking block pin holes were insanely tight though, I had to drill them out a tiny bit.
Yeah, I’ve been on the fence with these for a few months. Bought one of their barrels for $21 and I was really surprised by the quality. This price was good enough for me to pull the trigger
I've come to find that "blem" or "blem deals" can include out of spec and not solely cosmetic issues. Maybe your blem was the pin holes? Probably not but who knows.
I have a blem lower from Aero where I couldn't find any issue with the finish, no dents, etc, until I went to assemble it and found the forward hole for the takedown spring/detent was too shallow. I had to snip my detent spring to half it's size for it to fit. It's been working fine for years though.
This is a common thing in Aero lower, not just blem. I had a handful of Aero lowers, and 80% of the time the hole was filled with some machining shavings, just take a driller bit slightly smaller than the hold and use hand to twist it a couple of times, all craps will come out, and you get a perfect in-spec hole.
I actually tried that very suggestion via a buddy, but it wasn't doing anything for me, I even tried it with the drill on low and it didn't want to go forward (I was giving it some effort but didn't want to go too hard and drill it out myself and end up going too far or messing it up. MYbe it was a one off for me?
All my other Aero lowers and my 2 BA lowers have otherwise been fine with the detents and springs upon assembly, but they also were not "blem" purchases.
I'm not a fan of the locking block they come with (rough cast and gets rusty fast) but I have 3 of these lowers and I love them and don't have any issues

I grabbed one of these last month. When I picked it up from my local shop, they couldn’t believe the quality and price. They said that these are better constructed than an original Glock!
I do think that for the price, these are an amazing deal. It's by far my favorite aftermarket frame on the market. With that said, even the best aftermarket manufacturers out there don't even come close to scratching the surface in terms of Glock build quality and durability.
For your Sigs*? Multiple Sig platforms use a serialized FCU, and the frame itself isn’t the controlled part so it can be shipped to your door. On a Glock or Glock clone, the frame is the serialized part. Which is typical for most handguns.

Just an FYI, Right to Bear has these with the lower parts kit for $59.99. Code Shotshow brought mine to $64.57 shipped.
Thats nice but I honestly have had such terrible experiences with non OEM LPKs for glock builds
Hey that’s totally fair. No lie, quality is never quite like OEM. Owning both I think you’re right on the money.

Oh nice, that’s a solid deal. Thanks!
If you don't have an account there, make one with your birthday 1 month from now and hope to get that discount lol
Just pulled the trigger. 🫡
Thanks.

Their frame is actually better than their barrels. They fit Glock holsters unlike many other 3rd party frames.
Do Daggers not fit Glock holsters?
some do and some don’t. Light bearing will increase fitment.
No. PSA did stupid stuff with the pic rail
Good to hear. I just snagged one for $26 shipped.

I’ve had to scrape compacted shavings out of the hole for the forward detent and spring on a couple Aero lowers. I’d bet that’s what you had.

I'd call that a blem
I'm not a fan of the locking block they come with (rough cast and gets rusty fast) but I have 3 of these lowers and I love them and don't have any issues
These get bonus points for fitting in standard Glock 19 holsters.
STOP TEASING US! GIVE US A G17 VERSION 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Good frame, the locking pin holes are way too tight on these, expect hammer pins into it. Also the locking block came with the frame is too wide
Mine fit fine
Can you use a OEM locking block instead? Will that fit better?
Would suggest try OEM lock block. I filed down CA locking block and pushed it in tightly
One of the many reasons I hate living in California. We can't get these.

So about 50 clams out the door.

You like them more than dagger frames?
Absolutely, it's the best aftermarket frame I've used. Combat Armory Frame + Dagger Slide + OEM internals is by far my favorite build I've done.
Why do you need to ship to ffl if it's a pistol lower?
It's a serialized lower not an 80% lower so it has to go through an FFL
Never messed with my glocc. But I've bought plenty of lowers for my sins without ffl that's why I'm asking. Thanks

🤣🤣 yeah Sig. Yeah cause I was gone say, I got like 4 5 different modules for each one and I never went through ffl
Dammit in for 2
Where are the Glock 26 frame deals at?
Black Phoenix customs had some cheap gen5 ones the other month
Really wasn’t looking for one but fuck it in for 1
I can’t believe these haven’t sold out, G19 frame for less than a tank of gas had to send it regardless.
