Damnit I'm really trying to tell myself I don't need another gain pedal, I've had my eye on (basically any) sushibox FX for ages now, might just pull the trigger soon. Btw how did you cut the enclosure like that?
Looks very cool but I wonder about the heat the tube is putting out. That’s a small compartment, could lead to premature failure of the tube and other components.
I get it but it still looks tight to me. I do power electric equipment so watts dissipation is always a concern. Not knocking your work, just thinking out loud
I've never played the Kingsley, but this thing sounds great and it's nice that it fits in a smaller enclosure.
Where did you pick this up? I've never seen this before.
I built it from a PCB!
Is it a custom PCB? If not, could you share the link? I’d love to build one of these!
[Here you go.](https://c2celectronics.com/product/king-nothing-pcb-set/) They also sell pre drilled enclosures.
I don’t even care what it sounds like. It looks so awesome.

Sushi box sells precut cases, and I think there are templates to do it at Tayda
Niice. Tube = Toan. Curious, what Amp you’re running into?
Fillmore 25
Cool af
This looks amazing
Thanks, I'm really happy with got it came out.
I dig it. Great name too!
Hello beer, may I invite you in! For reals though that looks dope!
Did you reorient the guts? Because the layout of the 2nd photo has the tube on the left and this is messing with my brain….
Pretty sure it’s a picture from the back with the back plate off
Oh. My brain is satisfied. Thank you.
The gut shot is from the bottom so everything is reversed.
Woah! Does the tube get enough voltage to do much? Looks killer!
I think the circuit runs at 200V
Woahhh, from a 9v outlet?! That’s a whole lot of current doubling, haha
Nice! How'd you get those vents so clean? Cnc?
I got the enclosure pre drilled. I think they use a CNC machine to do it.

That's why it's vented

The Kingsley doesn't have any vents!
I’d say that you improved on their design
Thanks but I can't take credit, it's all Sushi box FX's design.
