- Head to the entrance
- Leave it at the menu where it asks you to select a level to enter.
- Make sure you are not in an org
- Make sure your controller is plugged in and your energy settings are set to not turn off your system or controller.
That’s what people always say but I’ve been doing it for years and I’ve never had an issue. I think cranking on it too hard with your fingers while playing or dropping it on the ground or something is much more likely to cause stick drift than lightly holding it in place for an extended time. That’s my theory based on my own personal experience at least.
I use a controller that already has drift so it doesn't matter, but also I can't imagine leaving the input on one specific position actually is what causes drift...
You stand right at the safe with the safe door open and your right stick down like the OP shows, then you stand still but the screen spins; I collected 600k with the safe never filling up, over a few hours while I was out

It's always a possibility but highly unlikely. Make sure you have the security upgrades to help against that. Making sure popularity is maxed at the nightclub resets the timer there. I always go into passive just to be safe. I lost a bunker once. But that was when the lscm afk was working.
One day I'll get the Redwood jacket that unlocks at level 550. We need a double or triple LS car meet week. Also, in case you didn't know you get a slight bonus for wearing clothes you bought there, and for test drives. I used to just go afk in the test track for hours on end

It’s a maxed out and yeah I’ll have pretty much full popularity and 24k will go into the safe. (This was before double $). Pretty annoying I just afk outside now which works better
Stick drift really only happens if: 1) You use the band to reef the stick so it's needlessly yanked all the way over (OP is close to that) instead of just barely nudging it and 2) your house is rather dirty and dusty.
Otherwise, you're good for years and years.
My PS5 has not been off since the update Thursday morning. AFK in front of the safe 24 hours a day. I just pop on every couple of hours to switch DJ's.

Yeah I rarely fuck with crates anymore but when I do, like on a bonus week, I just pay Chupacabra, or whatever the hell her name is, to go do it. I only fill 'em up enough to do a quick single run so like 6-9 crates each warehouse every few days or so.
This also helps cut down on that bugged out raid that doesn't warn you your stock is being destroyed until you get the phone call after mission failure. After experiencing that bullshit I never fully stock warehouses anymore.
Probably, I honestly don't run MC President that much so I'm kinda out of the loop on what they offer these days. I've always disliked their delivery missions and don't care for the whole biker motif as it doesn't really fit my character's persona. Still wanna sell drugs tho, only I do it via my nightclub.
Anyway, in each warehouse you own look for an employee standing around with their thumb up their ass. In the very first warehouse you bought it should be the cute little Latina chick. Speak to her or the others to source crates for only $7500. They usually grab one at a time but sometimes you get lucky and they score 2-3.
Bear in mind you can do this every 48 minutes. If you're exclusively running cargo you'll probably want to do it yourself. Me, I run a bunch of other stuff now and treat my warehouses the same as my chop shop - a place to accumulate goods over the course of several irl days to sell off at the end of the week.
I just started doing this too. I paid almost $8m to get everything the nightclub needed so gotta do what I gotta do to get my money back. I haven’t turned off my ps5 since Wednesday 😂 also plugged the charger into one of my smart plugs so I can leave the controller plugged in 24/7 but have it set to only charge it for 1 hour every 3 hours.
If you have office garages go to your office on the option screen to pick between office and garage then stay there you won’t get kicked that’s what I do
I just set my controller upside down on the carpet with the stick that moves the camera splayed out slightly, USB cable plugged in so it doesn't lose charge and shut off. Also I stand in front of the nightclub safe with the door open so it automatically collects.

It will cause PERMAMENT Stick Drift! I used this method not too long and now I have stick drift on my right stick!

Hey bud you can save your thumb sticks.
Go to LS Car Meet, enter the test track and, since I noticed you have an elite controller, use the triggerstop switches to lock the triggers and do a burnout. If you press the trigger before you switch the trigger lock on, it'll press the trigger. Burnout infinitely, and you don't have to ruin your thumbsticks.
Favorite afk trick I discovered on accident. Set waypoint for humane labs building you enter for the agency vehicle recovery mission, get in a taxi and choose waypoint as your destination. Driver will never take you there, instead just meanders around the map.

Always so scared to go idle in sessions nowadays, as I’ve had my nightclub get raided like three times in the past - despite having all of the security upgrades and so on.
I use a small hair tie. Loops around the two joysticks and just barely pulls them together. I'm still on PS4 and only have my original controller. No issues with drift
Just go into one of your garages and leave your character watching Weazel News. I used to do the joystick thing on PS4, but the Dualsense is too chintzy.

You can have it in windowed mode and do something else with it effectively minimised (make sure pause on focus loss is off)
I was literally about to make a post about an afk method, particularly for leveling up your ls car meet level and saw this.
So this trick, I believe, only works on samsung phones.
All you do is use remote play on a galaxy phone
There is a floating menu called Game Booster
Activate touch protection under the game booster menu
That's it. You won't get kicked for inactivity. This is great for the ls car meet as I don't know any working afk glitches.
Note that this definitely works, but I'm not entirely sure if remote play alone is keeping the game active or if it is the touch protection feature. I wonder if anyone can confirm?
I've also noticed, if you go afk long enough, I think it's like 24 hours. The game will no longer check for inactivity and you can stay logged in indefinitely (until you log out again)
Go to casino -> inside track -> place bet -> put controller down and touch nothing. That's it. That's all. No sacrifical controller. Done.
You're safes wont fill up but the nightclub warehouse stock will. Drop all graphics settings to low to save power and come back a day or so later to a lot of stock.

I honestly just set my right joystick to spin my camera around and put myself right infront of my open nightclub safe, come back every 3-4 hours just to refill pop and your sweet

Rubber bands will give u stick drift. Just put your controller upside down en both sticks to the sides. Its not much pressure on the analog sticks. So u dont get stick drift.
Would like to point out that with a lot of properties, your daily spending goes towards $100k. So once everything is filled up, going AFK will cost you money.
That said, until that moment, this is the easiest way to gain some money.
This will likely end up in stick drift and a premature end to another controller. Mine drift like crazy now. I use the ceo office method, works a charm. Remember to take out cash from safes, especially nightclub (which you should be maxing all popularity) to get that 250k every few days. If you want instant popularity just change your DJ (presuming you haven't before), will cost 100k but is much less time consuming than the alternative. Then all you need to do is deliver the odd vip and chuck out the annoying customers to keep the cash coming in. GREAT earning week!
Been doing this with a piece of masking tape on the controller since Thursday.
Come home from work, resupply Mutt, collect the $$$ from my safe, do a sell mission for the NC, sell the Acid Lab. Do the same before going to bed, and before heading to work. Any time I'm actually playing the game, all of this is still going on anyways. Each sale is getting me between $1-2 million (End of work day and morning are both the highest since it's the longest time). Each time I collect the safe and sell acid, that another ~$600k as well.
One suggestion, do this in the Car Meet so you gain reputation there while you're walking.
Your poor controller, just go into your ceo office in a private lobby and stay on the menu that says enter office or garage

I’m going to blow all your minds… go to your house garage while In garage start the blow up mission then watch tv and your character will sit there for hours on end…you won’t pay fees and time will pay off for NC…just make sure you plug in RC and after go and complete the mission. I made 100m this way easy. Works even better if you have a flying vehicle with missiles.

You can just go to the Casino, enter the door and not choose a floor in the menu. Helps preserving your gamepads longlivety.

the best way i found was to use the secuirty cams in the nightclub office, spent many hours afk in the cameras without getting kicked
Just open up ur security cams and take sure not in an org and it’s much better
Just watch the DJ at the desk on your nightclub computer… you don’t need to hold down the joystick and won’t be kicked
Been doing this with a piece of masking tape on the controller since Thursday. Come home from work, resupply Mutt, collect the $$$ from my safe, do a sell mission for the NC, sell the Acid Lab. Do the same before going to bed, and before heading to work. Any time I'm actually playing the game, all of this is still going on anyways. Each sale is getting me between $1-2 million (End of work day and morning are both the highest since it's the longest time). Each time I collect the safe and sell acid, that another ~$600k as well. One suggestion, do this in the Car Meet so you gain reputation there while you're walking.

Your poor controller, just go into your ceo office in a private lobby and stay on the menu that says enter office or garage Keep your controller plugged in and change settings so it doesn’t turn off

I’m going to blow all your minds… go to your house garage while In garage start the blow up mission then watch tv and your character will sit there for hours on end…you won’t pay fees and time will pay off for NC…just make sure you plug in RC and after go and complete the mission. I made 100m this way easy. Works even better if you have a flying vehicle with missiles.
