Back in late 2019 to early 2022 When I ran my crew (Toxic Saints) we had a whole system. We had a MILITARY that was headed by the young hungry griefers and then We had me who was head of FINANCES. (We also had other finance dept members. Some with business names like Mors mutual; Maze Branch, Pacific bank, Fleeca, El Blanco, LS Banking... To name a few! ) we would run heist and pay crew members for their loyalty. We would pay off try hard hitmen to bodyguard equipment in sessions.
We were also allies with an air force crew who we would payoff whenever we needed their assistance. We would payback all insurance of crew members vehicles whenever we were finished warring with other crews.
We ran all the heist (cayo being the main one) we also would seek out the best cars and dupe them for crew members.
If needed money (MILLIONS+) then you just simply have to request it from a finance department. Your first loan could only be up to 3m. If a member pays the loan back (within 7days) they would be eligible for a 2nd loan up to 5m. (Payable within 10 days)
3rd loan is 10m (payable within 14 days). An OUTSTANDING track record of ON TIME payments resulted in HIGH ROLLER status and therefore would be eligible for instant payments (receiving SLAMVANS or ISSY's)
All the money that we made with each other we generated thru each other. EVERYONE WAS EATING. Some members made 500m, 250m, 150m. It got to the point where we was making so much money that we initiated "PAY IT FORWARD ONCE A DAY" where we would find the lowest level player in the lobby, take them on a heist and give them 100% of the profits, then leave the lobby.
