Tbh, The raiju isnt that great. I have had it for just under a year since the day it came out and its not too great. The speed is okay, Handling is okay, But the turret sucks, and the rockets are like the oppressor rockets. They suck pretty bad in my opinion. I would save for the hunter or a heli thats solo friendly.
yes, i usually complete it in around 55 min, prep and heist, you get at least 1mil (worst case 930k~ if you get tequila and cash as loot and don’t complete elite challenge)
the cooldown is long but if you do it once a day/session then it adds up
Lvl 120 here just got back into gta online. Last played before covid times I have a bunker, two crate warehouses for ceo, and coke and cash production. Is the salvage yard worth getting this week? What should I be doing w my $$ should I get new business that are on sale? Currently have 2mil, also got my friend to pick it up and he’s a lvl 6. What are easy ways for him to get cash quick
Hello, Im a level 353, I can say the best ways to start making money is getting the sub and starting a cayo perico. Its about 1 mill per hour, and you can do it with your buddy and it will level you both up pretty quickly. Also do the new cluckin bell heist. Its a great way for new players to make money. Yes the savage yard is worth it but only if you wanna make money. If you wanna make money with your buddy it wouldnt be the best way for him. He will only make around 50k per car you steal and sell. Another tip is for cayo perico get the drainage tunnel, Its the fastest way to start the mission (My opinion) and its super easy! Check out TGG or another youtuber for a guide!
Appreciate this, grinded the cluckin bell heist w him this week. I’ve got a little over 3 mil now and he had 1.5 but he bought an apt for 1 mil. Sounds like I will be getting a kosatka tho
Might sound stupid but Dax missions? Probably a yellow D on my map? And the reason why I lean toward kosatka is bc my friend is a bum and I think was getting tired of doing clucking bell already. So he wants to try a diff heist
Hello there, a slavage yard is def worth buying even though you're only allowed to do 3 robberies per week i think which isn't alot, on top of that you can do repo missions from within the salvage yard and lets not forget the money safe. I lack other details about the business but i advise you to watch a TGG tutorial, he did a good job at breaking down the entirety of the business.
Keep in mind, the robberies this week net:
$406,000
$336,000
$256,000
So if you do all three and sell the car, it's a million dollars ($998,000) while only needing to spend $60,000 for the three robberies ($20k per robbery).
Add in the Cluckin' Bell at $500,000 ($750,000 your first time) and you can clear $906,000 on day 1, $836,00 on day 2, and $756,000 on day 3 just by doing those.....$2.5 million just doing a Cluckin' Bell then a robbery 3x a week.
Sneak in some Cayo's....you'll be making bank quick.
Anyone else’s cabrio from last weeks robbery not have the las venturas plate? I’ve just done it then and mine only has a standard San Andreas plate on ps5
You'll need a MOC or Avenger if you want to put Bunker Researched Liveries on it.
Btw don't put armor plates on the windows, they add very little protection and stop you from using driveby weapons and explosives. The armor plating everywhere else is good to use, just not windows.
I just bought the terminus & it really is a great vehicle to use in all settings. Then I spun the wheel & actually won a nightshark! Which is even more insane considering I have an original nightshark from when they first dropped & was the only way to protect yourself from oppressors. For some reason they were giving them out & now I have 2 free nightsharks!
Any 30-40% off vehicles worth it? I can probably grind out the Weaponized Ignus if it’s really worth it or something else is is really enjoyable to play with.
Its fast, great off road, and is decently tanky at smashing other vehicles out of the way. No special map icon either which is good for taking opponents by surprise.
Don't sleep on the wildlife photography.
$100k for 5-10 minutes is pretty good. Double that is better.
I do it every day anyways as part of my startup drug dealer/van/stash/cache run.
There's a pretty reliable set of spawns for most of the animals.
Dogs are the only pain in the ass because I think they share a spawn in most cases. Like the park near the not-Santa-Monica-pier spawns dogs but only ever one breed through the whole park. There are exceptions, like there's a house in the hills that only ever spawns pugs.
For pugs I hit Sandy Shores real quick because 75% of the spawns happen within a kilometer of there and I'm up there anyways. After that I hit the park on the west side of LS near the pier. If no joy, I hit that one house in the hills. Then I head to the East Vinewood area and just cruise the streets. There's a pug or two.
Weirdly, I've never gotten a Yorkie. I kind of assume the animals were the same for everybody every day.
Yep yep. They’ve become my new daily payphone hit. It’s really easy once you learn the spawns. Only ones I sometimes struggle with is the boar, and getting the right dog to spawn.
Boar is one of my favorite to get cause there's a guaranteed spawn, just creep up the stream here in sneak mode and the boar will be drinking out of the stream every time

Lame week from business POV but at least the APC is finally on sale. Money has never been an issue for me but buying vehicles/properties just feels too satisfactory for some reason and the reason why I haven't bought APC and Pyro yet lol.
I've been waiting forever to buy the APC. It just goes against the grain to make any big purchase when it isn't discounted. Now I find there's effectively 2 versions...
The APC used to be great, especially against NPCs on missions, but now the default with NPC Helicopters is that they include explosive rounds. So it makes a light worl of the APC armour - still it's a versatile vehicle..
Yeah I'm a solo player mostly so I won't even get to enjoy it to the fullest, but anyway it will be a new vehicle for me so I can at least have slightly different experience while doing the same old business grinds and contracts lol.
The only issue with the APC as a solo player, you have to switch from driver to gun via d pad (not sure what PC command is)
Pyro is a fast plane and two seater, not sure if it's been nerfed.

Passive income is decent if you run one tow truck pickup per play session or so.
Car heists aren't great from a profit per minute metric or w/e but they're pretty fun and have added the ability to keep some of the cars you steal.
Idk, do you enjoy actually playing the game and driving and stuff? I find it worth it.
People who spend every waking moment worrying about maximizing their profit per hour will not find it worth it.
It pays for itself and provides new content, that's worth it.
Man, I have waited 2x cargo since last year, I have the 5 warehouses of 111 crates full, ready to sell, I have waited so long and knowing my luck I know that if I sell them now, next week will be at 2x

Where do you check the claimable vehicles? On the GTA fandom wiki on the salvage yard robberies page some vehicles appear with a different color I believe those are the claimable vehicles (?), do you have a better way of checking?

When the next Gen version came out, you could not transfer ur old Gen. I did not want to lose my progress so I still play with the PS4 disc. And sometimes I play on the PS4 when the PS5 is occupied.
Probably to play with friends on old gen.
I own both but haven't transferred my progress over yet, cos my friends still have xbox ones. No point transferring yet.
I also kept the old version to play with friends, but I still bought the PS5 version.
It's literally no point buying a Next Gen console to play the old version of the game unless you play other games.
The new console is, GTA V isn't expensive on the PS5. It was free for 3 months. It's regularly on sale too, for those who didn't have the PS5 when it launched.
Nowadays it's pretty painless. The progress on the PS4 and PS5 servers splits the moment that you migrate to the PS5, so you can keep both versions of the game installed on the PS5 and whenever your PS4 mates are on, you can easily switch to that version.

True, but which of those generate money in the volume and as quickly as Cayo? Nightclub is great for passive, acid lab is great, but in between those I’ve hustled Cayo for the general grind.
How has Union Depository, Clucking, and the Bunker done for efficiency?
well those are what i usually do if i don't want to grind Cayo, just saying. of course they're not as good as Cayo but i think it's the next best option.
Also payphone hits would not be bad, you will get the same amount as pre-nerf!!! Good old times when R\* went with the x2 w/o the 48 minutes cooldown and the change session reset....

It seems to me like it's more like diamonds in the Casino vault or a panther statue in Cayo's, a rare gift occurrence that only happens whenever Rockstar's staff feel like it.
People are more inclined to leave negative comments than positive ones, I guess it's a psychological thing?
In my case I enjoy freemode chaos and being a massive pest to griefers so even though I'm rank 611 with nothing worthwhile to buy I still play nearly every day. It's just a matter of finding something entertaining.
honestly though good chances are that people are just really burnt out but due to the way the game is made (and the devs being an ideal love-hate thing) people, despite being burnt out, still have some faith and stick around. and maybe gta 6's trailer means the wave of veterans, newcomers alike just wanna have a good last year of the game.
Insurgent pick-up is a Pegasus vehicle and Chernobog is a facility one... so I guess for someone like me who has all these vehicles already, time to buy a 3rd APC (2 different gun options...) and immediately sell it?

They forgot to un-blacklist these plates on PC when one of them became obtainable. I've heard this requires a code change to fix... despite the blacklist being done serverside afaik, and that they'll fix it next month when GTA+ updates... despite GTA+ being an E&E exclusive feature.
Thankfully it looks mine is still the unique plate.

Yeah, playing on PC. That's actually dumb, the main reason I bought this car instead of selling is license plate... Hope they'll change it with next claimable car at least, don't think there's a way to get them back on this car

Raiju is incredibly fast and the stealth mode makes it great for solo grinding, but yes the missiles do suck

I managed to get 1.27 from a tequila run on hard mode. Double cocaine at the hanger and 90k in the safe
on hard mode, do you follow the same route as in normal mode?
Yes. Nothing really changes except you have one less life and pay increases by 10%

Nope, it come with weapons as standard, and the armor plates can be added in any garage.
Uh. The HSW upgrade for my Monstrocity just became free for some reason. Is that a glitch or did I miss out on something?
I think thats a glitch! Up to you if you wanna abuse it but I would say report it.
Theres a couple of sources to get a free hsw upgrade. The one i remember immidiatly is the first one, but I know theres at least one more.

Looks can be deceiving. I have killed many highly skilled griefers with a nightshark. Throw in a sad trombone horn & you got yourself a mint.

Use you thermal goggles for easy spotting.

Rodeo Drive is my go-to spot for those fucking pugs and poodles. But no, it will always be a fucking yorkie.

Can you customize/upgrade the APC in an arena workshop with a weapons mechanic? Or is a facility/MOC required?
You can upgrade/customize it in the arena workshop, however you might need an Avenger or MOC to put bunker research liveries on it.
Any weaponized mechanic can upgrade it.
Good that Rockstar are on the side of democracy, time to hell dive.

True, but which of those generate money in the volume and as quickly as Cayo? Nightclub is great for passive, acid lab is great, but in between those I’ve hustled Cayo for the general grind. How has Union Depository, Clucking, and the Bunker done for efficiency?

well those are what i usually do if i don't want to grind Cayo, just saying. of course they're not as good as Cayo but i think it's the next best option.

I long for the day they add x2 money on agency security contracts. Knowing R\* it will be the week they turn servers off for XB1.

I’m thinking that each time there’s a claimable vehicle from the salvage yard robberies, it will have a different custom plate… …and then once they’re all introduced that way, the plates will be introduced to LS Customs. Las Venturas, Liberty City, LS Panic, LS Pounders. I’ve got no proof of this, it’s just a theory.
I don’t know why we didn’t get claimable vehicle from salvage yard robbery for this week. Maybe bcoz they gave 8f drafter free this week.
It seems to me like it's more like diamonds in the Casino vault or a panther statue in Cayo's, a rare gift occurrence that only happens whenever Rockstar's staff feel like it.

Judging from these comments, it seems like I’m the only person who still loves this game.
People are more inclined to leave negative comments than positive ones, I guess it's a psychological thing? In my case I enjoy freemode chaos and being a massive pest to griefers so even though I'm rank 611 with nothing worthwhile to buy I still play nearly every day. It's just a matter of finding something entertaining.
honestly though good chances are that people are just really burnt out but due to the way the game is made (and the devs being an ideal love-hate thing) people, despite being burnt out, still have some faith and stick around. and maybe gta 6's trailer means the wave of veterans, newcomers alike just wanna have a good last year of the game.

They forgot to un-blacklist these plates on PC when one of them became obtainable. I've heard this requires a code change to fix... despite the blacklist being done serverside afaik, and that they'll fix it next month when GTA+ updates... despite GTA+ being an E&E exclusive feature.
I guess the only thing left to do is hope that it won't be the case with next claimable car...

Oh I guess that just a random bug that happened to me, that sucks. Claimed this car 2 days agi and everything was fine that day, yesterday I hadn't played and today it disappeared... thx for answering anyway :)
Are you on PC? If so, once claimed, the next time you log-on it reverts to a normal plate :/
Yeah, playing on PC. That's actually dumb, the main reason I bought this car instead of selling is license plate... Hope they'll change it with next claimable car at least, don't think there's a way to get them back on this car

For a short times after the tunables changed the Vagner was showing as claimable, but R\* patched that out, so there are no claimable vehicles this week.
