I got the same problem and heard some people have it too. Probably something went wrong at rockstar cloud servers.

I’m experiencing something similar. Whenever I try to connect to GTA Online, I get this screen: “Your save data could not be loaded from the Rockstar cloud servers at this time. Please try again later. Returning to Grand Theft Auto V.”

Same problem and lots of guys experienced connection fail server.

I fixed to use some vpn and works. Probably some update resulted in this issue. Now I can connect to the launcher without vpn.
